Insightful Vinyl For The Week
"Don’t be gloomy. Do not dwell on unkind things. Stop seeking out the storms and enjoy more fully the sunlight. Even if you are not happy, put a smile on your face. “Accentuate the positive.” Look a little deeper for the good. Go forward in life with a twinkle in your eye and a smile on your face, with great and strong purpose in your heart. Love life.” ~ Gordon B. Hinckley

IN-A-HURRY-EASY, LOW FAT, SCRUMPTIOUS, PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES.

They are my favorite cheater recipe. Need a recipe that's quick and easy....for those spur of the moment occasions (forgot about cookies for an activity....or for a neighbor....forget running to the store bakery then dumping the cookies on a nice tray to fool everyone into thinking that you made them). They taste like they are made from scratch, like you spent an hour making the batter. They are homemade however....made in your home and any recipe that has more than 3 ingredients is entirely homemade in my opinion!

A Weight Watchers Recipe:
1 Spice cake mix
1-15 oz. can pumpkin (1 & 3/4 c)
3 eggs
1-12 oz bag Nestle semi-sweet mini morsels
Mix and bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
