"DELISH" BANANA BREAD!


Nothing beats waking up to the smell of baking banana bread! For breakfast or just a snack it's the best comfort food. This recipe is the perfect combination of sweetness, bananas, a little salted butter, and it's super moist. I bake my banana bread like a cake or cornbread, so for this recipe use a 9x13 pan.

3/4 c melted butter
3/4 c sugar
3 eggs
1 1/4 c mashed bananas (approx. 5-6 bananas)
2 c flour (white or wheat, I do 1/2 of each)
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
Cream sugar, butter and eggs then mix in the rest. Bake in a sprayed 9x13 pan at 350 for 30-35 minutes. While it's hot out of the oven, spread 1/4 c butter over the top. Eat up!
