Insightful Vinyl For The Week
"Don’t be gloomy. Do not dwell on unkind things. Stop seeking out the storms and enjoy more fully the sunlight. Even if you are not happy, put a smile on your face. “Accentuate the positive.” Look a little deeper for the good. Go forward in life with a twinkle in your eye and a smile on your face, with great and strong purpose in your heart. Love life.” ~ Gordon B. Hinckley

1 LITTLE, 2 LITTLE, MY LITTLE INDIAN BOY!

Logan may look more like a little Indian boy, but Silas has the heart and adventure to really be one. To say that he has been preoccupied with "bowl an arrols" lately is a complete understatement! Every time I turn around, he's making a bow and arrow and either shooting me "pew, pew, pew" or chasing Logan around the house, jumping off furniture and rolling around on the floor. He makes them out of wooden spoons from the kitchen drawer, out of sticks outside from the backyard, from a fork and knife at IHOP, even out of Japanese chopsticks from my world traveling shelf in the office. Here he is making one of out two bamboo shoots.
"Aye git chew mama!"
Nothing is off limits, or sacred. Not even crayons at church. Heaven help us!
