Insightful Vinyl For The Week
"Don’t be gloomy. Do not dwell on unkind things. Stop seeking out the storms and enjoy more fully the sunlight. Even if you are not happy, put a smile on your face. “Accentuate the positive.” Look a little deeper for the good. Go forward in life with a twinkle in your eye and a smile on your face, with great and strong purpose in your heart. Love life.” ~ Gordon B. Hinckley

HAIL MARY!

Saturday June 5th. It had been quite cloudy and drizzly all day. At around 7 pm the winds picked up, thunder was crashing and within in a few minutes we had hail. These are the largest hail stones I've seen in Utah. They were the size of a quarter and quite heavy. Colorado was hit by the same storm, but their hail were the size of soft balls. Logan loved it and took his turn running out into the yard to experience it. He was quite surprised at how hard they knocked him in the head. Silas never ventured out, he was quite content to stand under the porch. When I went out with Logan a second time Silas came undone and started sobbing. He kept saying, "Peas come in mama, come in, you get owie." He was very upset, silly kid.
