4TH OF JULY
We went to a neighborhood bbq with my SIL Andi. Great food, great conversation and great fireworks! Let's just say that they took a trip to "acquire" some "good" fireworks, and leave it at that!
There is Logan, in a front row seat, all safe and situated.
Within a few minutes Logan ditches the chair so he can get a little closer, and move out of the way when things get a little too scary for him. Notice Silas in the corner, he's jumping around, hootin' and hollerin' and enjoying himself immensely.
Logan admiring one of the "acquired" explosions.
Silas says, "Whuts dis baw mom?" I tell him that the little ball is actually a bomb, and he should be very careful because when we light it, it goes KKKKAAAAAABBOOOOOM!!!!
AAAAAHHHHH!!! He's mesmerized, he's hypnotized. This is proof, that it is a natural born reaction for man-child to the idea of destruction and explosion.
Logan writing his name with a sparkler, and trying not to get too close.
Silas is bundled up in there sleeping.
It was quite an exciting night, and everyone slept well. Happy 4th of July!
