While mom was in town visiting all the family gathered at dad's in Alpine. We celebrated Dyson's 6th birthday and since Andy's family was traveling from Wyoming I made Dyson a quick and easy centipede from cupcakes. The lemon cream cheese frosting was absolutely delicious, so I added the recipe below.LEMON CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
4 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 c softened butter
3 c. powdered sugar
3 TB lemon juice
Blend until nice and fluffy.
